Open daily for phone and internet orders. Please call ahead to schedule a pick-up time.
Open to the public (or store front hours) Thurs 10-3, Fri 12-3, Sat 9-1

Telephone Orders
All orders placed by telephone will require a 50% deposit when placing order. Final payment is due upon pick up of order.

Shipping and Handling
Orders received after 3:00 pm EST cannot be shipped until the following business day. UPS does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Perishability
Black Tie Cookies are shipped via 1-7 days, and will remain fresh for 14 days, although we doubt you’ll wait that long to eat them! If you place them in the freezer when you receive them, they’ll last for up to six months. Simply thaw and enjoy.

Delivery
Black Tie Cookies are shipped “Signature Release,” allowing the UPS carrier to leave the package without receiving a signature from the recipient with the exception of apartment buildings and shared condominium complexes. Please note that UPS ships on BUSINESS DAYS only unless otherwise specified and cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses. However, we can ship to those addresses via USPS.
Please call to order if shipping to APO or FPO addresses as the website will not accept them.
